Harry FryAPA Physiotherapist and ASCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Dean’s Honour Role)
I’m a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (Brisbane) and a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love—whether that’s competing at a high level, staying active with family and friends, or simply moving through life without pain.
My experience spans sports injury rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, clinical Pilates and persistent pain management. I have also worked within the QAFL as a sports trainer, developing a strong understanding of injury management and return-to-play pathways in high-performance environments.
As a former Australian representative water polo player, I’ve experienced firsthand the physical and mental demands of elite sport. I understand what it takes to perform at a high level, manage setbacks, and successfully navigate the rehabilitation process. This perspective allows me to connect with athletes of all levels while also helping everyday people achieve their goals with confidence.
My approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, active rehabilitation, education and evidence-based strength and conditioning to create a clear pathway from injury to full recovery and performance. As an ASCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, I believe rehabilitation shouldn’t stop when pain settles—it should prepare you to move better, perform better and reduce the risk of future injury.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain or looking to optimise your performance, my goal is to help you build confidence in your body and return stronger than before.
Special Interests:
- Shoulder injury rehabilitation
- Spinal conditions

Why I Do This
Having represented Australia in water polo and competed internationally, I’ve spent years working alongside physiotherapists, strength coaches and medical teams. Through both my own sporting career and the athletes I’ve worked with, I’ve seen the difference that the right rehabilitation plan and support network can make.
Those experiences shaped my belief that great physiotherapy is about more than treating an injury—it’s about giving people the confidence, knowledge and physical capacity to return to the activities that matter most to them. Helping people achieve that is what motivates me every day.
Something fun:
I recently relocated from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney with my partner and our two dogs. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me exploring hiking trails, searching for Sydney’s best coffee, spending time outdoors, or finding any excuse to get near the water.
