Brand New Facilities: Our newly expanded facility has plenty of space and a dedicated turf area for movement development, skill work, sprinting and plyometrics. The resistance zone allows for explosive strength training using sturdy multi-purpose racks and an unlimited weights selection. For the final sweat you can finish off with your choice of run, bike or row. Or if Pilates is more your thing then mix it up with work on the reformer, Wunda chair, barrel and mat.
Knowing your goals and keeping you safe as you train are our priorities, so every new group membership includes an initial one-on-one session. This is when we get to know you, what your goals are, what type of exercise you like and if you’ve had any injury problems before. We’ll explore your movement ability using a unique selection of tests including an FMS screen, and then use this information to make sure you stay safe as you get the absolute most out of your sessions that you can.
