We work with runners of all ability levels to improve their running technique and elevate their performance. We currently work with athletes competing at state, national and international levels in delivering their coaching, injury management and strength and conditioning programs. RunRight Running Coaching

The unique RunRight program at Central Performance is designed to help you run faster with less effort. You’ll get to feel how to run correctly and we guarantee to make changes in your technique after only one session.

Running Gait Assessment

A detailed video assessment of your running technique combined with a functional movement screen (FMS) to assess weaknesses and asymmetries in your body.

Physio For Running Injuries

If you do get injured you want to have your injury treated by an expert who fully understands the demands of running from the recreational to the elite level.

Strength & Conditioning For Runners

Strength and conditioning is an important part of any runner’s training program whatever their level of competition. A properly designed strength program will build your resilience to minimise your risk of injury

Runfit Group Fitness

A fast-paced session that takes your cardio and energy systems to the edge for a maximum performance boost. Demanding treadmill intervals are broken up with strength and plyo drills to develop the endurance and power.

Ben Liddy

Head Of Running Performance

Ben is in charge of the Central Performance Running Centre. He is also the physiotherapist and one of the coaching staff for the Australian Junior Track and Field team. He has a strong background in track and field having been an elite 800m runner himself, and he is also a Certified Level 4 Athletics Australia Middle and Long distance Running Coach. With over 20 years involvement in competitive athletics as well as a decade of experience as a runner’s physiotherapist Ben has all of the skills, knowledge and experience you need to get you running at your absolute best. His clients include runners of all abilities and experience from Olympians and national title medal-winners to first-time fun-runners.
