Clinical Pilates: Transform your Body with Strength, Flexibility and Control

Enjoy doing your personalised program using the reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, barrel and mat. The difference with Clinical Pilates classes at Central Performance is that you still do your own program even in a small group setting (max 4 people per class), all under the close eye of our experienced instructors. Perfect for rebuilding stability and strength following an injury or break from exercise, plus a great ongoing program to progress through more challenging routines.

Pilates is recognised as an ideal way to improve your flexibility, movement control, strength and balance. The variety of equipment we provide allows an almost unlimited range of exercises to be used, ensuring that your program is effective, safe, and fun through every session. We can also tailor your Pilates program to your individual needs, for example regaining strength after an injury, improving your core strength and posture, or keeping you exercising through pregnancy or after you have given birth. And because all of our Pilates instructors are physiotherapists or exercise physiologists with advanced training in Clinical Pilates, you know that you program and technique are constantly being adjusted and adapted to be maximally safe and effective.

Please note: Because of the specialised equipment, techniques and personalised programs used in our Pilates program, before starting your classes you need to complete our ReForm program. This includes 4 private sessions where we assess your current fitness and review any injury history, plus carefully teach you correct technique when using the equipment. Your personalised program is developed and we ensure your form and movement control is spot on.
