Our HERo sessions are tailored for women of all fitness levels. By keeping our groups small (max 6 per class) we can adapt your program to suit your personal needs, goals, ability and preferences. All of our coaches are accredited exercise physiologists or physiotherapists so we can help you exercise safely around any injury or issue you may currently have. Add in the fantastic sense of support and encouragement our ladies bring to every session and you’ll really feel what its like to exercise in a fun, effective, safe and supportive group setting.
