Are you a busy professional struggling to balance training with your demanding schedule? Do you want expert guidance to improve your performance while minimising injury risk? Our online coaching is the perfect solution.
Why Choose Our Online Coaching Programs?
Expert-Led Training by an Allied Health Professional & Accredited Running Coach
Unlike generic training plans, our coaching is backed by research into performance optimisation, injury prevention and load management. We take your injury history, training background, and running goals into account to deliver a structured, progressive & individualised program that supports long-term success.
Our team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and running coaches have worked with the full spectrum of complete beginners learning how to run, to elite track & field athletes and marathon runners.
Choose the training option that suits you!
1. Strength
An effective strength program is essential for any runner wanting to improve their performance & reduce their injury risk. We understand that runners don’t want to spend hours in the gym, so the strength program will be efficient and specific to your goals. Whether you have access to a 24/7 commercial gym or have a few resistance bands lying around at home – we will tailor the program to your specific needs.

2. Running
If you want a targeted coaching program for a particular event, or want to bring structure to your training for maximal long-term results, our personalised coaching programs are delivered straight to your smart watch. Our running programs are designed with evidence-based principles on load management, periodisation and training intensity. Your running program will be sent directly to your smart watch so that you don’t have to think about the session, set up manual intervals or set a stop watch – it will tell you when to run, when to rest and how hard to push!

3. Running and Strength Combined
This option will leave no stone unturned. Combining a targeted strength AND running program will ultimately lead to the best results. Get the best of both worlds with a comprehensive program that balances running and strength for optimal performance and injury prevention. Remove the complications of having two coaches for separate aspects of your training, we can do it all under one roof, with one coach!

Accountability & High-Tech Testing with VALD ForceDecks

Consistency is key to progress, and our regular check-ins and testing protocols ensure that you stay on track. We use VALD ForceDecks, cutting-edge technology that measures strength, power, asymmetry, and load distribution—providing objective data to fine-tune your training and reduce injury risk.
How does it work?
Step 1: In-Person Initial Consultation
While your program will be delivered online, in order to provide the best outcomes, we are including an in-person assessment to discuss your goals, training history and injuries. During this appointment we will utilise the VALD ForcePlates to provide accurate data regarding your strength, power output, reactive strength index, any asymmetries between sides and where you rank amongst your age and gender demographic.
Step 2: Program delivered online through Training Peaks
Following the initial assessment, your program will be delivered through an online program called Training Peaks. This can be used on a web browser or as an app on your phone. Sync your Garmin watch with Training Peaks to have your workouts uploaded onto your watch – taking the guesswork out! This means you’ll know exactly what to do for any of your running sessions and you won’t have to bother with setting up a timer or keeping track of your distance! Your strength program will also be delivered through this software, keeping all of your training records in one place. The strength exercises will include videos, explanations, sets & reps so you can step into the gym confidently.
Step 3: Online Check-In
After spending a month working on your program, you will then have a follow-up session with your coach (online, not in-person). This will be a discussion around your previous month of training, any new goals, any concerns with the exercises, progressions etc.
Step 4: Program Adjustments
Following this call, any changes that you require will be made for your program for the following month. This might include increasing weight, reps or swapping out exercises if needed. You will continue building on what you started in the first month.
Step 4: In-Person Follow-Up Assessment
After two months of working through your program, you will come back into the clinic for an in-person re-assessment. Your coach will re-test your initial measures and determine which areas you have improved in, and which ones might need some more work.
Step 5: New program delivered
After the follow-up assessment, you will have a new program to follow for the next month with updates from your re-assessment and any new goals. This process then continues with the alternating monthly in-person/online catch-ups.
Don’t live in Sydney? We can also support you with a completely online program if you’re unable to come in to our Surry Hills clinic for the bi-monthly check-ins!
